I bought this on sale with the intention of using it for baking, but then I discovered the simple hot cocoa recipe on the container. It’s super easy and tastes much better than the prepackaged hot cocoa mixes. I actually mixed up a big batch of the dry ingredients (cocoa, sugar, salt) ahead of time, which makes it just as convenient as buying the prepackaged hot cocoa. I haven’t used this for baking yet, but I’m sure it will be just as delicious and rich in a cake or frosting as it is in a drink.

I just love this cocoa powder whether it’s on top of something or in something it’s great, it’s especially easy to store with the type of packaging it has ,its texture is not sandy or too powdery it has the perfect pillowy consistency the ingredients used to make it has great health benefits which makes it good to ingest . All in all it’s worth every penny spent on it

I have been using Hershey’s cocoa powder for 40 years. I’ve tried other ones but none of them can compare to the consistency and flavor of Hershey’s. If you’re going to take the time to have perfect baked goods, you want to make sure to have a perfect Cocoa.

This is 100% cocoa not chocolate so its extremely bitter as this is how it is in its natural form. This not withstanding mixed with a natural sweetener like stevia and almond milk, it's magical, very low in calories and fat and probably more deliciously chocolatey than your regular sugar loaded gunk
