I love Hershey cocoa powder. It's the best for all your holiday cakes and cookies and candy. I use it for almost everything. Makes the best frosting and hot chocolate. I love baking with this and would recommend it to everyone. I absolutely love it. Makes your cake so moist and delicious.

If you are southern or have lived in the south, or have a friend that is from the south, this is what is used for your chocolate gravy and it is phenomenal. I myself back 20 years ago. Tried chocolate gravy for the first time one Sunday morning, when a friend of mine‘s mom made it. I was totally out of my element, because who eats chocolate on biscuits… Yes, it’s a southern thing. But I can say after being raised in the north and having never tried this, it is something that I will eat over and over again, and choose almost every time, other than strawberry waffles. Made homemade chocolate sauce with this, water, and sugar...it smelled delicious and tasted amazing! Great addition to any baking project that requires cocoa powder. I'm not a Hershey fan honestly, but this cocoa powder is amazing... You get so much of it for such a reasonable price too! It's so versatile.. . It makes delicious brownies, cakes, chocolate sauce, cupcakes, fudge, hot chocolate...the list is endless. For as long as i can remember, we always have this in our pantry. I never buy the cheaper cocoa powder because it is usually not 100% natural, not processed, non alkalized. If you want a higher quality, hersheys unsweetened cocoa powder is it! When its non processed , means higher in antioxidants ! This product is great for home baking !
