For as long as i can remember, we always have this in our pantry. I never buy the cheaper cocoa powder because it is usually not 100% natural, not processed, non alkalized. If you want a higher quality, hersheys unsweetened cocoa powder is it! When its non processed , means higher in antioxidants ! This product is great for home baking !

I find with some hot chocolate mixed you can't really get away with making it with just water instead of milk, but with this one you absolutely can. Add a couple of mini marshmallows and you have THE best hot cocoa to go with your movie on a rainy night in.
