We always keep Hersheys cocoa powder on hand because I do alot of baking. I make sourdough and one of my favorite things to make with my discard is brownies. I use Hershey cocoa powder in my brownies, and they are absolutely delicious, best chewy brownies I've ever had! You can also use it for many other things including making homemade hot chocolate etc. It's a great versatile product!

AGAIN…mainly got this because of the calories and the way I chug hot chocolate down everyday is crazy but this doesn’t taste too bad but it’s kinda bitter so I have to add more creamer (sugar free) than usual to sweeten it up. Also, one thing I dislike about this is that it clumps up SOO badly. I wanted to get one of those automatic whisk things because I assume it’ll help it clump up less but with a spoon, a lot of the chocolate just either floats up to the top or sinks at the bottom. BUTTT once I get the whisk thing it probably won’t be that big of a problem anymore. I haven’t used it to bake or anything like everyone else in the reviews but..i might 🤔💭..if i find the right recipe

You can use this delicious product in a myriad of ways. It makes the best hot chocolate. It can be used to bake many recipes, as well as in sauces. I don't personally like Hershey chocolate, but I love the unsweetened cocoa powder. You can adjust the sweetness to your own taste and desire. Wonderful product!

I am usually one of those who receives my cocoa powder exploded all over a ridiculously oversized box with no packing protection. This time, I figured since I had to meet a minimum for free shipping, I would order several soft items as well, and see if my cocoa would arrive unscathed. I lucked out this time and got someone who knows how to package correctly and use the appropriate size box. My cocoa arrived unexploded, only 1 had a lid pop off, but the seal was still secure. Hershey really needs to go to a screw lid, but until they do, I will just keep ordering soft items along with it and hope for the best!

You have to try the cake recipe on the back of the container! It is so moody and fudgey and so delicious! It’s requested a lot around my house and we make it often. Try subbing hot coffee for the water and it just amplifies that chocolate flavor. Don’t worry you won’t taste the coffee.

This Hershey cocoa has always been a favorite at my house. We don't just make hot chocolate with this, but from what I originally from, we use Hershey cacao in a lot of our dishes. I use mix this with sweet, sticky rice and make chocolate porriidge our of it. This is so good, we eat it for breakfast, snacks and anytime we need a pickerupper. Very smooth and rich in flavor, and always so versatile.
