I have just run out of this product a few days ago, I use this cacaopowder to make tapioca pearls 🧋 since we drink boba tea quite often, it is bitter since it’s 100% cacao but when I mix it with tapioca starch and add some brown sugar,add in hot water and mix until combined, the chewy texture from tapioca starch and the chocolatey flavor from cacao powder => perfect boba

I am gluten free and so I haveturned to baking from scratch because it's cheaper and it taste a lot better than store bought gluten free foods. And cooking with this for cakes & goodies is great & I have no issues with flavor or dryness like in some other baking cocoas. This is my go to one for almost any recipe.

I was so excited when i got this HERSHEY'S COCOA 100% Cacao Natural Unsweetened Cocoa item! Right away, i knew i had to make the brownies from the Hershey site. I remember making these brownies as a little girl. The taste of the brownie with this cocoa is so delicious and not too sweet. It gives the brownie a nice texture. This Hershey's cocoa powder makes the best brownies i have ever tasted!
