I decided to make some chocolate ice cream today. You use a food processor to blend 300g of frozen bananas and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa blending to the consistence of ice cream. If you like it a little sweeter add a little sugar, I like it without it. My new container of Hershey's Cocoa had Expired in 2014 which is 8.5 years ago but I used it anyway and it was fine.

I love this mix! It’s simple and easy as 1,2,3! Below I will share how I enjoy mine in the comfort of my home or simply with family and friends and- hope you try it! I usually like to make a batch that serves about 8-10 people. I steam my milk (oatmeal) but whichever you prefer is fine, on a stovetop with a hint of: -Nutmeg -Cinnamon Sugar -Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract You’ll notice in that list I didn’t add sugar because as you prepare this drink, you’ll be adding additional ingredients that make up for that sweet finishing touch. I usually let that steam for about 3 mins on MEDIUM heat. After that’s done steaming, I turn off the burner and start to whisk in the cocoa mix. The whisk allows the layered ingredients to evenly combine in this process. I let that sit for a couple of mins as I prepare my mugs. I grab my mugs and begin to distribute the drink mixture. After this process I top the drinks with WHIPPED CREAM and add (4) JUMBO MARSH-MELLOWS per mug. You can use however many you prefer. I know Its Unsweetened powder but when you make cookies or hot cocoa its so sweet, rich and chocolaty you will love it.

Used it on my tiramisu cups it was super yummy everyone loved them . I did use sweetened cocoa powder and it gives dash of sweetness. The packaging is easy to use and lip closes back. You can use this many different ways possible. I loved it for my tiramisu.

I absolutely love using Hershey's cocoa whenever I'm baking compared to the other cocoa options available it makes all the difference to use the Hershey's. It enhances the chocolate taste significantly and my family says when I make it for birthday cakes that it's the best that they've ever had... They never said that before I switched to Hershey's. I would definitely recommend this for baking especially since it's available at most stores and it's delicious. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I would much prefer that they use more natural ingredients while still keeping their signature Hershey's taste. There are a lot of ingredients in there that they could take out or use more organic versions of instead which would make me more likely use it more often and then I will be able to bake more often in that case so if they did that it would be perfect.

I remember making these brownies as a little girl. The taste of the brownie with this cocoa is so delicious and not too sweet. It gives the brownie a nice texture.
