I do a lot of baking period and there are a lot of brands of Cocoa period I personally believe you must use a very good brand of Coco to make good baking products. I have used Hershey's. And I will agree that this is a very good high qualit baking Coco and I will use it again. I have used it and we'll continue to use it.

I genuinely enjoy this cocoa powder. I know there are ones that are fancier or richer, but this has always been my favorite. First of all, the recipes on the box are phenomenal. If you haven’t tried the chocolate cake, you’re missing out. Second, it’s so accessible. It is in almost ever store and is more affordable than the Dutch cocoas. I just really enjoy it.

It's 100% cocoa, not chocolate, so it's extremely bitter in its natural form. It doesn't hold when mixed with a natural sweetener like stevia and almond milk, it's magical, very low in calories and fat, and probably tastes more chocolaty than a regular sugary shot.
