I bake .. a lot.. and this cocoa is just so easy to work with, smooth, and perfectly chocolate. I always sift my cocoa before use to eliminate the inevitable clumps - but both the flavor and texture of Hersey’s cocoa is much better than any others I’ve tried. Love it!

I love how I can use this product for many different baking recipes. This product brings out the flavor for my brownies and it doesn’t give the batter a weird texture. I think that this is good quality for a product like this. Plus I like how the packaging makes it easy to store.

The packaging being a chocolate colored container lets you know exactly what your getting and the texture is a soft cocoa powder .

You can use this delicious product in a myriad of ways. It makes the best hot chocolate. It can be used to bake many recipes, as well as in sauces. I don't personally like Hershey chocolate, but I love the unsweetened cocoa powder. You can adjust the sweetness to your own taste and desire. Wonderful product!

This package is one of a few that have cocoa powder without sugar! It tastes and smell like premium cocoa. I can make my own version of hot chocolate without worry about the sugar content. Beside using it for baking and hot chocolate, it is also good to add to coffee to make mocha.

AGAIN…mainly got this because of the calories and the way I chug hot chocolate down everyday is crazy but this doesn’t taste too bad but it’s kinda bitter so I have to add more creamer (sugar free) than usual to sweeten it up. Also, one thing I dislike about this is that it clumps up SOO badly. I wanted to get one of those automatic whisk things because I assume it’ll help it clump up less but with a spoon, a lot of the chocolate just either floats up to the top or sinks at the bottom. BUTTT once I get the whisk thing it probably won’t be that big of a problem anymore. I haven’t used it to bake or anything like everyone else in the reviews but..i might 🤔💭..if i find the right recipe
