I mostly drink this cocoa in winter, put some condensed milk and the taste will be perfect. The dark in cocoa blending with the sweeter milk will create a creamy taste that you will addicted in. I do a lot of baking period and there are a lot of brands of Cocoa period I personally believe you must use a very good brand of Coco to make good baking products. I have used Hershey's. And I will agree that this is a very good high qualit baking Coco and I will use it again. I have used it and we'll continue to use it.
