It is something you shouldn't miss if you enjoy cocoa. The powder dissolves easily in water. Despite the fact that the brand claims it is unsweetened, the taste is not overly bitter. Hersheys will taste slightly less bitter than other varieties of cocoa. However, this bitterness is entirely inherent in cocoa; it is not the result of coloring or other additives. On chilly winter days, I enjoy sipping a cup of hot cocoa.

This is perfect for literally EVERYTHING. When I say everything I mean every single thing. I’ve made homemade cupcakes, homemade buttercream, homemade fudge, cookies, etc. we make it all! It takes so good. You can even use a tad little bit and put it in cool whip and freeze it for a little treat.

I love baking brownies with this cocoa. It makes the best brownies. I’m sure it would be amazing for cakes as well. It comes in a wonderful package that you can reseal to keep the freshness in. If you love to bake, this needs to be a staple in your pantry!

This is a great cocoa powder. The flavour it gives to a chocolate cake is amazing. I only use it for very special cakes as it is a lot more expensive than store brands, definitely worth it for the occasional treat! HOWEVER - one of my friends has a severe nut allergy. The Hershey's carton has a QR code on it marked "scan here for more food information". When did this, I received the message "The QR code on this package is intended for use by US customers only". I therefore did not give her a slice of the cake (too much risk).

I feel like this cocoa powder gets so clumpy but I love the taste of it in my hot cocoa so I’m going to continue to buy it lol ! The container also keeps it fresh and I love that it doesn’t contain any sugar, that makes it so much easier to bake with!

Our family love this unsweetened Hershey’s Cocoa. We use it for hot cocoa in replace of green tea or coffee in the morning. Its great for baking too. We enjoyed it so much because with unsweetened flavor tasted really good. The cocoa powder isn’t so strong. And the calories in this product is reasonable. The packaging is so smart and easy to use and store everywhere and anywhere. The lid is easily open and close for restoring. The product stay fresh for a long time.

This has been a staple in my kitchen since I moved out on my own. From hot chocolates, brownies, cookies and cakes.... And dry rub too (depending on the meat), chili, and even beauty routines! I know that sounds crazy but you can use coco powder in so many ways!

Chocolate gravy is the best ...my ex husband Grandmother made the best and that's what she used..pour it over a hot buttered Biscuits yummmm...Of course for fudge Chocolate milk ..big fan at our house ..Now the Grandbavies most of the Like it too...............
