This is fresh and delicious if you love dark chocolate. There are many recipes but I love to use it over fresh blueberries with little sweetener and water to make a paste that covers them. Delicious dark chocolate blueberries which is better than any store bought brand.

I've read about people using fancy Dutch cocoa and that fun now and then but this product comes out beautifully especially if you bloom the chocolate beforehand. I hardly notice the difference between using this and more high end culinary ingredients. I highly recommend using this for baking.
