If you are southern or have lived in the south, or have a friend that is from the south, this is what is used for your chocolate gravy and it is phenomenal. I myself back 20 years ago. Tried chocolate gravy for the first time one Sunday morning, when a friend of mine‘s mom made it. I was totally out of my element, because who eats chocolate on biscuits… Yes, it’s a southern thing. But I can say after being raised in the north and having never tried this, it is something that I will eat over and over again, and choose almost every time, other than strawberry waffles. If you need a recipe look it up online and you will find many as long as it includes this Hershey’s cocoa. It is phenomenal go give it a try.

I love this cocoa powder. It’s perfect to make multiple recipes, like brownies. Yumm. It smells wonderful when you open it. It’s super fine that you don’t need to sift it. Sometimes it can be difficult to get the product out if you are using a big measuring cup. But you can just opt to use something smaller to get the cocoa power out.

My mom always made the Christmas Holidays a warm, memorable time for her family in so many ways, but she went above and beyond with her holiday baking! And she always insisted on using Hershey's. Maybe it was because we lived in Pennsylvania, the home of Hershey chocolate (if you ever have the chance to go to the Hershey chocolate factory, go! It's an amazingly fun experience~especially for a child) Mom would start her Christmas baking the weekend after Thanksgiving and the whole family benefitted from her gifts of homemade Hershey's brownies with walnuts, cakes made with Hershey's chocolate icing, and even snowballs with Hershey Kisses in the middle. All the while drinking smooth, creamy Hershey's hot chocolate with her homemade whipped cream! As an adult, I tried other bakers cocoa from more exotic company names, but I they never had that delicious chocolatey flavor that Hershey always delivered.
