I have just run out of this product a few days ago, I use this cacaopowder to make tapioca pearls 🧋 since we drink boba tea quite often, it is bitter since it’s 100% cacao but when I mix it with tapioca starch and add some brown sugar,add in hot water and mix until combined, the chewy texture from tapioca starch and the chocolatey flavor from cacao powder => perfect boba

I love it for being such a versatile ingredient/pantry staple (imo). The amount of stuff you can bake is endless. I like how it is a larger box of cocoa powder than other brands where they sell them in smaller portions and in annoying packaging that is bound to spill everywhere.
