Items were received as ordered, but damaged with no lid found for one (1) Hershey's Cocoa Powder 23oz. container which leaked all over the entire box/ order, and the area of the house where the delivery box was opened. All other items had to be washed and dried, and were salvageable. The Hershey's Cocoa Powders should have been better secured to contain leakage. Please see attached photo. I go through one of these every month. I like getting them from Sam’s Club because of how much we use. Unfortunately our local store was out so I had it shipped to my house. I hoped for the best and ordered 2. They put NO packing material in the box! Imagine 2 powders bouncing around in to each other. As you’d suspect 1 did not arrive full. The others seal held thankfully. I will continue to buy this product but only from the store and not online.

I found a rather unusual recipe for a chocolate pudding made from avocado, almond milk, cocoa powder and honey. I'd never baked or used cocoa powder before but decided to go with Hershey's. It was fabulous and now I'm excited about adding it to smoothies and my coffee. Delicious and mixed smoothly. BTW, the pudding came out great!

I love to bake! My entire order was a mess! This is the 3rd time I’ve sent this to you guys, but I guess the surveys you send are a waste of time for consumers. My entire order was not packed with any air filled plastic or even paper to avoid shifting during shipping! The order I received was a complete mess! I do hope someone actually looks at this! This flexible plastic container of cocoa was just thrown in a big box with several other items. Needless to say, the container burst open and cocoa was EVERYWHERE! Anyone who bakes knows what a mess it is to clean up. Yes, I called Sams Club and they did replace the cocoa, but that didn't help with the time and mess it took to clean up everything else. Everything had to be wiped down. The more you wipe cocoa, the more it spreads. Would it have hurt to have put it in a plastic bag. I guess that's where common sense comes in.

Yum! I love to use my Hershey Cocoa in my iced coffee with a little bit of oat milk, heavy whipping cream and a sweetener. It really takes homebrewed coffee up a notch. I use it to make a delicious chocolate milk when I'm in a hurry too. Also Hershey Cocoa is perfect for baking. I use it in my family's favorite "Aunt Faye Brownies" recipe. I feel good about using Hershey's Cocoa because it's 100% cocoa that is naturally unsweetened. It's easy to find Hershey cocoa in the store as the packaging hasn't changed very much over the years (brown background with silver lettering and horizontal stripe).

I use this all the time , I make my kids homemade chocolate syrup, cake,brownies, and chocolate gravy. I find that Hershey's cocoa powder just has that taste of my childhood, my grandmother only used Hershey's and maybe that's why I only use this brand as well.
