My order arrived and one of the cans of Hershey's cocoa had opened and got all over the rest of the box.

So far Sam’s Club has delivered what I’ve ordered quickly and efficiently. I’m beginning to think the level of membership that provides free delivery would be a great deal!

Shipping was awful. This is the second time I have ordered this product and at least one of the containers is broken open and there is cocoa all over the place

I orderd two containers and one of the container's seal cap was off and the seal was torn back releasing the cocoa in the box withother items. I have sent questions about a replacement and still no response.

I live Hershey's Cocoa. I use it a great deal. Unfortunately, when my two boxes came in, I was sooo disappointed! Both containers were open and contents spilled all over my other orders.

Good price, but don't get it delivered. Top comes off and spills on every item. What a mess!! Happened in 2 boxes, because I had ordered 2 cans of cocoa.

This is my 2nd time buying it from Sam's Club. The 1st one lasted about 2 years. We use it to make no Bake Cookies. It is bigger that regular store sizes and that helps me not having to run to the store as much. It still tastes great at the end off the tub.

Hershey's cocoa is what my Mom always used-I grew up with it. A great product, it doesn't let you down . Good value and I will share one can with my Granddaughter who also does a lot of baking and is good at it. She appreciates it. Thank you Sam's Club for value and free shipping.

I’ve been buying this cocoa from Sam’s club for years now. I’ve tried some of the other unsweetened cocoa’s for more money. I find Hershey just as good. Compare to other stores Sam’s has the best deal by far. In other stores the container is much smaller for maybe a couple of dollars less. But Sam’s give you a big quantity for great price.
