I do a lot of baking for church and friends. Hershey’s baking chocolate is my absolute favorite for any recipe that requires baking cocoa. The Hershey’s website has tried and tested recipes that always produce fabulous baked goods. Their Perfectly Chocolate cake recipe on the can is to die for and is my go-to chocolate cake recipe.

The cocoa itself is very good. However the shipping was terrible. The product is suppose to be 2 containers wrapped with plastic. In the past this was very well shipped. This time the containers were unwrapped and separate. One of the lids had been lost/removed and covered slightly with wrapping tape. This did not work at all. Since the tape did not cover the entire top, the factory cover had or developed a rip and ended up all over the inside of the box and on the other items in the order. Lost perhaps 1/3 of the contents so not a big deal except for the mess inside the box and spillage as cleanup was competed. I've used the shipping many times and it has always been perfect. I have no idea how the warehouse would allow this to slip by. Overall I would still recommend Sams for shipping

I used the new Hershey's cocoa powder for a recipe I have made for 40 years. Have always used this brand but never again. It was noticeably lighter in color and the taste was seriously lacking. Looked it up and they also started using vegetable oil, (which is a chemically made product), instead of regular cocoa butter. I'm so sad, have to start looking for a substitute.

Store until needed in sealed ball jars. Great staple to have on hand for lots of recipes

This is seriously the best way to make chocolate milk! I loveee the cocoa flavor and I love that it's so easy to use for baking as well! Just adds a little flavor and doesn't have to many add ins!

By far, my favorite brand of cocoa to buy! It goes so good in all of your baking recipes! It has the best flavor from all of the cocoa powders I have tried 

Make sugar free hot cocoa with this. Place 2 tsp. cocoa powder &16th tsp. Stevia extract powder into a mug. Add boiled water to 1/2 or 3/4 the mug. Mix, then add warm or cold milk. Top with whip. Add & adjust to taste & needs.

The smell is so fresh and it is sealed neatly. The powder is so smooth and light. It is bright brown in color and can be used in baking variety of desserts.

This is the only brand I use and have been using for over 50 years. I make my hot cocoa with a bit of sugar, milk and Hershey's Cocoa. Sometimes I add vanilla or cinnamon or nutmeg or other spices. Sometimes I use orange extract or mint. If you want the real deal, here it is.

Although we are enjoying the product the way I received it from UPS was left to be desired. I had ordered the minimum of 2 quanity and when I received my box the lids to the cocoa powder had come off and the paperish cover had been busted open leaving me with cocoa powder everywhere!
