It was shipped arrive with the containers inside the box popped open. The whole shipping box was filled with cocoa powder! When carried inside we did not notice the trail through the house of brown powder. When the box was opened the brown powder flew every where! I returned them. Not confident to reorder. Sam’s shipping is not acceptable! Multiple orders have been total failures.

This is a baking staple for me! I make a lot of no bake cookies and always use Hershey's cocoa. I also make the "original" Hershey's chocolate cake and icing with this. This is a larger container and should last quite a while compared to the regular grocery store size.

Great buy. I bought two. However, one can’s lid came off and the paper on top tore and there was cocoa everywhere! Not only did I lose cocoa, it was all over other items in the box. It was even coming out under the shipping lid on the box. What a mess to clean up.

This is the ONLY cocoa I buy and have bought for years. It is great, but Sam's Club does not always do a great job shipping. Someone packed 2 containers of the cocoa between between 4 cases of cans weighing about 40 pounds. The cocoa containers were destroyed and I had cocoa all over the other items in the box. It has happened to me twice. But Sam's Club was quick to send me replacements. I make my own chocolate out of it: Cocoa, salt, cayenne pepper, powdered collagen, raw coconut oil, vanilla, raw honey, mix well and add to milk. Or sometimes I dump some in my 'tasty shake' made with raw milk, cocoa, salt, vanilla, coconut oil, raw honey and then fresh or frozen fruit like strawberries or blueberrie, maybe a banana.. .

since I bake chestnut cookies, this product is very valuable to me, you can’t do without it, and you can do a lot of things with it, even raspberries, cherries and many other things in chocolate, oranges, anything can be made in chocolate, of course, before this product you need other products to make chocolate, but I like to do it myself for my children or my guests, buy it, make it and you won’t regret it.

I was required to buy two of these coco containers to get shipping to my location, thinking they would be shipped in a sealed box, but what I received was a bag with two loose coco containers that where destroyed during shipping with coco powder all over the place.

I use Hershey's unsweetened cocoa a lot. Baking, protein shakes, smoothies, etc. Easy to use. It takes me a while to get through this size container, but happy to get it for the lower sale price. I just transfer some to a smaller container to try to keep the larger portion as fresh as possible while being stored.

Really good value, appreciate the large size, saves m from going to grocery store for this standard in my cupboard. Hot chocolate for winter treat, chocolate cookies and cake for summer. I have the Hershey chocolate recipe book. Indspensible fir god recipes

This is my 2nd time buying it from Sam's Club. The 1st one lasted about 2 years. We use it to make no Bake Cookies. It is bigger that regular store sizes and that helps me not having to run to the store as much. It still tastes great at the end off the tub.

This product is always great, but do not order it to be shipped. I ordered multiples. When the box was opened the had all popped open and the powered cocoa was everywhere. I was refunded the sell price I paid. But! Could not replace the product because the sale was over! Bad customer care!
