Used to purchase it all the time when they had it in the store. FedEx shipped and the box was in great shape THERE JUST WASN'T ENOUGH PACKING INSIDE THE LARGE BOX and they bounced around and opened up and broke the seal. It would be nice if they started putting it back in the Sam's Club stores. Or even nicer if they put enough packing when they shipped you something.

I must admit I hate hersheys chocolate bar and kisses but was offered this from someone. I tried it out and loved it! The texture is surprisingly amazing! It has no unnecessary added ingredients! Very pleased with that!! I would purchase on my own, I think it is worth the money.

I hve been using Hershey’s for a long as i remember! This is my go to for making frosting syrup, cakes , cookies! The taste is amazing and the powder smells amazing! You can always see the packaging on the shelf just look for the Brown and silver and you know it’s Hershey’s !

First shipment of 8 arrived with box completely crushed in with all containers damaged and spilling cocoa. Huge mess. With replacement shipment, no packing cushion %26 containers NOT in plastic bags. All containers had lids off and cocoa blasted inside entirety of box, to the point the box left a "cocoa outline" on our step when delivered.

I am usually one of those who receives my cocoa powder exploded all over a ridiculously oversized box with no packing protection. This time, I figured since I had to meet a minimum for free shipping, I would order several soft items as well, and see if my cocoa would arrive unscathed. I lucked out this time and got someone who knows how to package correctly and use the appropriate size box. My cocoa arrived unexploded, only 1 had a lid pop off, but the seal was still secure. Hershey really needs to go to a screw lid, but until they do, I will just keep ordering soft items along with it and hope for the best!

Great product if you ever decide to do a Keto diet and get a sweet tooth. You still get the chocolately taste and smell. My favorite dessert to make with this product is Keto brownies! My only complaint is the container in which it comes in. The lid is very flimsy and comes off very easily.

It like a hot coco kinda thing very nice and rich creamy. The packaging is really big according to me, for cold day I would mix it with warm milk and you’ll have a nice hot chocolate and on days I’ll add ice and can enjoy it. Very good and one box can last a long time.
