I love using this in my bakery goods. It has a lovely taste and great powdered texture. It also smells amazing. It comes in a cardboard carton. It's easy to use and highly versatile.

The taste of this item was magnificent, was too strong of a chocolate just the right amount!!! if you want hot chocolate this is definitely the best you can get. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and is easy to fit into a cabinet.

Hershey is the best tasting cocoa powder. Don't cheap out. The flavor over the value is 100% worth it. And you can get it in bulk usually at least during the holidays

Just to help anyone else purchasing this item, it is one 23oz canister. Not 12 of them. (I haven't cracked it open yet, so the 3 stars is only because of the misinformation.)

I want to bake and this is one of my favorite unsweetened chocolate powder. This cocoa can is perfect if you want to try to make brownies or make hot chocolate.

It like a hot coco kinda thing very nice and rich creamy. The packaging is really big according to me, for cold day I would mix it with warm milk and you’ll have a nice hot chocolate and on days I’ll add ice and can enjoy it. Very good and one box can last a long time.

First shipment of 8 arrived with box completely crushed in with all containers damaged and spilling cocoa. Huge mess. With replacement shipment, no packing cushion %26 containers NOT in plastic bags. All containers had lids off and cocoa blasted inside entirety of box, to the point the box left a "cocoa outline" on our step when delivered.

I feel terrible for Sam's who hires whoever did the packing: irresponsible. Twice this Hershey's Cocoa powder was burst opened everywhere inside the package box. What a waste of the owner s money. No way I will use an opened item. Sam's online employee was very Nice about my complaint and sent me the second powder. Sadly, the second one burst again and powder was all over everything one more time. Will complain to the online tomorrow. They should package with a protective plastic bag that helps absorbing some shipping and handling abuse. Time to reeducate those staff. Or Sam's will lose more customers.
