The lids to each box of Cocoa was damaged, causing it to spill all over other items and creating a huge mess for me to clean up upon opening.

Love the cocoa, but shipping was so poor 3 of the kids were off and chocolate was everywhere! What a huge mess 😫. May I suggest packing so the cans can’t rattle around during shipping? It sure would help.!

This was my second time ordering this from Sam's. Both times, my box arrived with busted containers of cocoa all over everything. There was no packing inside the box to keep things from bouncing around. A little shipping tape over the brown lid of the cocoa and some packing would prevent it from happening. Attn Sam's shipping dept.: You get a big fat "F" for not taking pride in your work. The customer service rep did great in sending me replacements, but they will likely arrive busted open as well. I used to be able to buy this in club, but my club stopped carrying this item. Also, this powder gets all over you and everything and will permanently stain your clothes.

It is so rich in chocolate taste that it can be used in any recipe that calls for cocao. Hershey's Cocoa is all I use in all my baking, hot chocolate and desserts. It has never failed no matter what recipe I use it in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cocoa comes in a nice resealable container making it easy to use. It works perfect in cakes. Also can be used as chocolate milk or hot cocoa. It does take quite a bit of stirring to get rid of clumps. So i prefer to use it for more baking then drinking.

Right away, i knew i had to make the brownies from the Hershey site. I remember making these brownies as a little girl. The taste of the brownie with this cocoa is so delicious and not too sweet. It gives the brownie a nice texture. This Hershey's cocoa powder makes the best brownies i have ever tasted!

It always comes out perfect. The taste in what ever you bake is very good. Not to dry tasting or to bitter. I’ve learned to stick with the HERSHEY'S Naturally Unsweetened Sugar Free Cocoa for anything I’m baking/cooking. I just made no bake cookies and they came out great. I’ve never had an issue with this product and have quite a few Hershey recipes from years ago that I still use. Definitely something you always need in your pantry.
