Hersheys cocoa is the best for baking. None of the other brands stand out as well. I use it for all of my baking were cocoa is needed. Especially with my favorite cookie recipe.

I've always enjoyed using Kraft cocoa in my recipes. Most recently I made granola and added cocoa to the liquid mixture making the best granola I've ever tried!!

This stuff is more expensive than most storebrand Hershey powder, but it does last forever, so I have had it for a while. It's great for cakes brownies, frostings, you name it.
