Hersey cacao powder unsweetened is fantastic! It's such a delicious and versatile ingredient. You can use it to make amazing hot cocoa, add it to baked goods for an extra chocolatey flavor, or even sprinkle it on top of smoothie bowls for an extra nutritious boost.

This powder is super good. For anyone who enjoys the taste of Hershey Chocolate, this product has the same exact taste. However I use this powder while drinking milk sometimes. Sometimes I have a desire to drink some chocolate milk and what better than Hersheys?

Of course Hersey's cocoa is delicious but what does 100% cacao really mean? Is it really raw cacao, with all its flavonoids and other nutrients intact? Or, is it merely made from cacao beans but processed at the high temps used to produce cocoa and, in the process loosing much of the nutrient value? I'd like to know?

I've started adding the cacao powder to my protein shakes to mix things up a bit without the added sugar and it's perfect. Doesn't clump and gives great chocolate flavor. My kids love adding this to their milk to make chocolate milk, goes great with almond milk and cows milk. I also made an amazing chocolate pie with this cacao!! I am gluten free and so I haveturned to baking from scratch because it's cheaper and it taste a lot better than store bought gluten free foods.
