Until recently, I didn't bake from scratch, I just used boxed desserts, but I decided to branch out a little and try some scratch recipes. A quick search online will yield thousands of recipes for cocoa powder, making it a great staple, and the Hersheys cocoa powder produces the best flavor of cocoa we have used. We use it for baked, make chocolate milk, and even hot chocolate! Not too sweet and just the perfect sweet for our family!

I bake .. a lot.. and this cocoa is just so easy to work with, smooth, and perfectly chocolate. I always sift my cocoa before use to eliminate the inevitable clumps - but both the flavor and texture of Hersey’s cocoa is much better than any others I’ve tried. Love it!

I honestly don’t like this stuff just because I’m not big on chocolate milk or flavored drinks but it’s good for kids. The chocolate powder is fine so it’s easy to stir into cold liquids and the chocolate taste is quite good. I haven’t tried it in any baked goods, just in milk. Simple directions and easy to make, I think every one of my friend’s moms had this in their pantry growing up.

I use this top coat make pies for the holidays! This makes the absolute best fudge pie and it always makes my house smell sooo good!!! The powder resolves fairly easily and I never have to wonder what is in it!! This cocoa powder will not let you down!

I’ve read about people using fancy Dutch cocoa and that fun now and then but this product comes out beautifully especially if you bloom the chocolate beforehand. I hardly notice the difference between using this and more high end culinary ingredients. I highly recommend using this for baking.
