I love your product and have been using it for years. In this last year, the container of cocoa powder is missing and now it is replaced with a zip bag instead of the hard container. This makes using your product messy. Please bring back the hard container.

I was required to buy two of these coco containers to get shipping to my location, thinking they would be shipped in a sealed box, but what I received was a bag with two loose coco containers that where destroyed during shipping with coco powder all over the place.

I use Hershey's unsweetened cocoa a lot. Baking, protein shakes, smoothies, etc. Easy to use. It takes me a while to get through this size container, but happy to get it for the lower sale price. I just transfer some to a smaller container to try to keep the larger portion as fresh as possible while being stored.

Good chocolate at a decent price. Only detractor was that one of the two containers broke open during transit. I believe the box got impacted or crushed and caused chocolate powder to leak into the package and beyond. It was messy, but not a deal breaker for me. The last time I ordered them for delivery it was bags not the plastic tub box containers. No problem then, nor with prior orders that had these style containers.

The product is great, it’s the way it is shipped that gets the poor ratings. Sam’s Club needs t tape the lids or something. They always show up with lids off and seals broken. Which everyone know is not a good thing with cocoa! Besides the mess the loss is significant. Like I said, they need to come up with a better way to ship these containers!

This is a baking staple for me! I make a lot of no bake cookies and always use Hershey's cocoa. I also make the "original" Hershey's chocolate cake and icing with this. This is a larger container and should last quite a while compared to the regular grocery store size.

Hershey's cocoa is the best for baking recipe and I use in my overnight oats. My husband uses it in his protein shakes for better flavor. It is 100% cacao and good for you .... see chocolate can be healthy. :) I've tried baking with other brands and nothing turns out as good as Hershey's. Great value at Sam's Club and a household staple in my home.

I use this cocoa for making hot chocolate as well as for some baking recipes. For the hot chocolate. My kids absolutely love it. They say it's the best homemade hot chocolate and I always use this cocoa and I follow the directions for making the hot chocolate that's on the container. The directions include a fair amount of sugar so I do cut back on that but the cocoa is a great taste.
