I use this Hershey's Cocoa for hot chocolate. This large 23 oz. size (vs. 8oz) is perfect for me since I use it regularly . I love that it is 100% cacao. Sam's Club is the only place I have found this convenient large size.

After buying this in smaller containers, and using all during the holiday season I decided to get a head start and have extra for the upcoming year. For the cookies, cakes and candies that I make.

I used the new Hershey's cocoa powder for a recipe I have made for 40 years. Have always used this brand but never again. It was noticeably lighter in color and the taste was seriously lacking. Looked it up and they also started using vegetable oil, (which is a chemically made product), instead of regular cocoa butter. I'm so sad, have to start looking for a substitute.
