Both container were open and the cocoa powder was all over even on out side of box . They put it in a box with gallon bottles of sanitizer which I guess shifted against them.

Great price for chocolate. Sam’s sells for half the price. I do wish Hershey’s would use a stronger container. If you aren’t careful you can squeeze the container, causing the chocolate to open and get all over..

Packaging is horrible! Had to buy 2 of this products! One of Hershey Cocoa exploded inside the box because the seal is opened! Had to throw it away upon opening the box

Very pleased with the size of the containers; however, the seal had broken on one container and spilled out into the shipping box. I was able to salvage most of it though. Package arrived quickly.

I use this in my coffee, in smoothies and for baking, needless to say I go through a lot of cocoa powder. I'm so glad that Sam's offers large containers so I no long have to stock up every other week

Great price. I add some to my morning coffee with sugar and cream to get some recommended antioxidants. Of course it works in many chocolate recipes. Long shelf life.

I purchased 2 of these. One was good the other ones lid and seal was broken open. Loosing my cocoa and making a huge mess on my other items in the box. Not very happy.

Destroyed my order when the container was busted open because there was no packing materials included. I still haven’t gotten it off the bags of coffee or other container of cocoa. The boxed also leaked all over my living room when I brought it in.

Great stuff, but I wish Hershey's would improve its packaging. The seal sometimes comes loose and the top falls off. That's why we order it alone now.

I was hesitant to order this product online due to some other reviews that stated they received item damaged. I ordered two of these along with some other items and everything came as it should have. No damage whatsoever. Good product.
