I am not sure what effect they give use health wise since it is not like immediate effect can be noticed, but they have great texture and flavor. Got this at the store. They were a little dry, probably due to using pectin instead of gelatin. Just saturate with saliva and they are fine. Warning: Do not exceed the recommended dosage which is mentioned on the bottle and of course I didn’t bother to read. Ended up with a stomach ache. They taste really good, but it’s not candy!

My little guys are in daycare/pre-K and have brought home everything under the sun from the germ-filled Petri dish otherwise known as daycare. Moms don’t get sick days, so I have tried my best to combat the germs. Adding these Sambucus gummies to my vitamin routine has been easy- they are delicious! It has been like an adult daily fruit snack taking these each day. My kids have been taking the child version, and combined, we have dodged a major cold that took out most of my sons’ classes.
