They are loose and not sticky which is great. I like that this is enough for a month supply in one bottle so I know I will only need one bottle a month. I would recommend this for a friend.

I really think it’s perfect for this upcoming cold and flu season. Build their immunity with this product to hopefully stay healthy all winter! My kids didn’t really like the flavor as it was “kinda yucky and sour at the end” but not bad enough to keep them from taking them. I’m not sure I can purchase again due to budget constraints but if you can afford it, I think it’s a perfect product to give your kids to keep their immunity strong & keep them healthy especially through this cold & flu season.
