It really doesn’t work that well! The best ones like Unison Liquid was the best ever they didn’t use Benadryl they use something else combined with alcohol and it worked for me but they have taken it off the market!

I like this product because it has a great flavor and no aftertaste. It quickly helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. In the morning I have no grogginess or sluggishness. I highly recommend this product!

I take this about 20 min before bed and it kicks in by the time I lie down. No drowsy feeling and doesn’t make it hard to wake up. This is a must have that I’ve been recommending for years!

The NyQuil medicine makes you sleep longer then this sleeping aid prescribed for sleep. Very thin syrup and I’m thinking the consistency is why it does not work.
