Love this, it’s the ONLY thing that helps ME sleep! If you get tired when you drink Benadryl this will help you, my husband took it and it didn’t work but for me it’s been a year now and it’s the ONLY thing that will help me sleep.

This ZQuil is awesome, I took about half the recommended dosage and was knocked out. I'm a light sleeper and wake up constantly throughout the night , but I did not wake once on this.

I use this when end of day is stressful and just want to sleep without the full strength of regular NyQuil.. it tastes so good I could drink the whole bottle but of course I do not. Only the recommended amount or less

Helps to gently fall asleep after about 30 minutes. I wake up without the headache of Ambien. I am able to wake up during the night and then fall back to sleep, unlike with Ambien. I have not experienced any side-effects.

This is great and does not cause me to feel 'druged' when I get up for the day. It even lets me sleep when normally I am up every one to two hours for the bathroom. No problems with this at all.
