Out of 1-10 I’ll give this a 5 it works somewhat but not as you think it will help nightquil is bad to take every night to help sleep but that works 10x better then zzzquil

I have covid and this was recommended to use so I could get if even an hour of sleep. It combined with the generic cold and flu brand worked!! I would recommend for anyone needing a bit of help.

My husband swears by this to get to sleep. He suffers from insomnia but does not want to take prescription possibly addictive medication. This does the job for him

I have trouble falling to sleep even with prescription medication . I’ve add this to my medication and it helps me drift off. It doesn’t make me fall asleep right away. I have to give it some time.

Zzzquil works fairly well for me. I take it at bedtime, and even when I wake up in a few hours I can get back to sleep easily. No I’ll effects in the morning.

This stuff right here is amazing. I used to have to be doped up on prescription tranquilizers due to my insomnia. Zquil is all I take for sleep now and I literally rely on it to be able to sleep. I never feel groggy when I wake up.

Great flavor %26 puts me to sleep. I ordered 2 today %26 received only one. Trying to find out if you charged me for 2. Can't find the dept. to tell this to. Thanks sorry

This is great and does not cause me to feel 'druged' when I get up for the day. It even lets me sleep when normally I am up every one to two hours for the bathroom. No problems with this at all.

This is a staple by bed. When the gummy melatonin did not work, I added this to my melatonin nightly routine. Now I wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day's challenges.

I don't - generally - have trouble falling asleep - I can't stay asleep. But this works very well for me staying asleep. I fall asleep faster - and I'm not up in the middle of the night trying to fall asleep again. Very happy.
