I was having problems sleeping. laying down with my eyes closed and telling myself as long as im laying here, I'm getting rest, along with other thoughts. Z Quill has ended that. I take a capful of this and I'm out, sleeping a full 8 hours. I usually take it about an hour b4 bedtime. I highly recommend this.

relaxium absolutely worthless for me, but this product actually works. It helps me to fall asleep, and sleep for hours, which is very unusual for me. I spent most of my life as a professional driver, and rarely got any sleep. now that I'm retired this helps break that cycle

I have trouble sleeping and have tried just about everything, but this product works. I don’t like taking liquid medicine. But this works so I’ll deal with the taste if it helps me to sleep.

This is the best thing I’ve used that helps me fall sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Occasionally I have trouble going to sleep, and take about a 1/2 dose of ZzzQuil - within about a half hour I’m sleeping like a baby. Highly recommended if you have trouble sleeping!

Absolutely waste of money it doesn't work at all very disappointed because it tastes fine but doesn't work it would be a good deal if it worked nobody want to drink medicine that don't work at all now I spent over 15 dollars and won't drink it because it's a waste of time 👎🏾Don't buy if you really want sleep
