I have trouble sleeping and have tried just about everything, but this product works. I don't like taking liquid medicine. But this works so I'll deal with the taste if it helps me to sleep.

This product works great....it doesn't necessarily make you sleeping, it calms you and when you do fall asleep.....it helps you stay asleep and get well rested. There is no drugged. feeling the next day either. The price is a bit high for me, because I live on a budget. But overall its a great product.
