This product works great....it doesn't necessarily make you sleeping, it calms you and when you do fall asleep.....it helps you stay asleep and get well rested. There is no drugged. feeling the next day either. The price is a bit high for me, because I live on a budget. But overall its a great product.

This is the best thing I’ve used that helps me fall sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Occasionally I have trouble going to sleep, and take about a 1/2 dose of ZzzQuil - within about a half hour I’m sleeping like a baby. Highly recommended if you have trouble sleeping!

I have chronic insomnia. Very difficult to get sleepy without requesting prescription sleep aids but HATE the side effects of the prescription stuff. Highly recommend this as a great alternative for those without sleep issues like pretty lousy insomnia issues 😴

I consider myself an otc sleep aid expert. it's a nightly routine for me so I have a high tolerance and this beats them all

This really helps to sleep but it does make you have really bad dreams. Now, I don’t have nightmares every time I take it but I have had bad dreams here and there. I don’t take it every night, only when I think I won’t be able to sleep.

Liquid form makes it easy to absorb. Taste is…ok. Fast acting. More expensive than Equate, but tastes better %26 has 10% alcohol which helps it work better. Not for kids.

ZzzQuil is a must for my wife to get to sleep. And as you know Happy Wife means Happy Life. Easy to use just fill the cup to the line and drink. Pleasant tasting and no morning aftereffects.

I did not experience any noticeable difference in the quality of my sleep nor in falling asleep. I do not like the taste as it is very strong alcohol bitterness to me
