You will fall asleep easy and will not feel drowsy the next morning. You definitely want to sleep for 8-10 hours. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. To my Queens that are going through Menopause this product helps me to sleep like a baby!

One plastic cupful (comes with Zzquil half an hour before going to bed assists me falling asleep Within a short time. When I don’t take it because I run out, I lie awake for two hours or longer. I buy the 2 pack of vanilla cherry if I can find it. I also take the mixed berry. There is no residual effect the next morning.

This stuff is awesome! I started out taking the recommended dose but had to cut back so I wouldn’t sleep too late the next morning. I gradually increased as my body adjusted to it. I’ve been using it off and on for several months. If I can’t fall asleep, I take it and get a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend!
