I found that is has a calming effect helping me relax at bedtime. It also helps me with stuffiness associated with my CPAP use. I get a better nights sleep oversll when using it.

I had to stand outside for 20 minutes on a broken leg, waiting for the community bus to come pick me up. It would be nice if there were benches outside the store for those of us who have to wait for a ride.

Bought this for my mom. She's been using zzzquil products for a few years now. I must say, she said it's really not working for her. She still up in the middle of the night after taking it. But she still uses it.

This stuff will give an odd taste in ya mouth when taking it but it really helps me feel sleepy and then I instantly fall right into a comfy snooze. This medicine does quite trick.

I use this product to sleep, it works, as not much else does, sadly, but it works and has for some time and will continue to buy this product for the foreseeable future.

This stuff right here is amazing. I used to have to be doped up on prescription tranquilizers due to my insomnia. Zquil is all I take for sleep now and I literally rely on it to be able to sleep. I never feel groggy when I wake up.

If you need to sleep this product has Diphenhydramine and it tastes good. Please do not abuse this item...easy when they include a shot cup with it. LOL.
