Both my wife and I tried this several times and it doesn't work. I doubt that it would put a mosquito to sleep. Melatonin is a far better product!

I take it one night half cup and I woke up at 1 am and now all the day I woke up at 1 am even I don’t take it . I don’t know what to do.

I've taken zquil as late as 10 Pm, woke up at 5:30 Am with no "drug" fog! It lets you get a very restful and relaxing sleep.

Sometimes I have trouble getting to sleep or getting back to sleep. This tastes great and really works. I do not wake up groggy.

Takes longer than an hour for it to kick in. Made me wake up more than to help me fall asleep. Felt extremely tired in the morning. Not worth it

It did not work for me. After taking ZZZQuil, I was awake....was not even sleepy:(
