This works well, but it is the exact same ingredient as Benedryl. I prefer to take 50mg of Benedryl caplets and not have to deal with the taste of the liquid,... but that's just me. Plus, I can get #600 25mg caplets of diphenhydramine from ebay for $8-$9.00.

I love dual day/night packs for cold and flu medicines and Vicks DayQuil Cold & Flu delivers. DayQuil and NyQuil help relieve my nasal congestion and cough while surprising my fever. It also helps provide comfort when my body aches. The daytime medicines help me get through the day, and the nighttime medicine helps me get the rest my body needs. This is something to keep stocked in my house so I have it when I need it.

I have been using this product for almost a year. I have been under a lot of long-term stress and needed something to help me sleep, but didn't want to use prescription medication, especially something addicting or something that made me groggy the next morning. This product works great for me. I do not like the Berry flavor, but I am not a fan of sweet tastes. The dose feels like a lot to me (it's a liquid just like Nyquil) but it's fairly mild. It takes about 30 minutes to work. The best thing is that I am not groggy when I awake. The downside is that the effect does not last for more than about 4 hours. So if you have trouble falling asleep, I would recommend this product. I have also gotten the store brands of this product with the same result.

This combo pack is an excellent choice to keep in your medicine cabinet. DayQuil works well to control runny nose, sinus congestion, aches & pains, sore throat and cough, and NyQuil is equally up to the task, but also helps you sleep, which is so often difficult with a cold. Both of these products work well and live up to the claims on the packaging. I will always keep them on hand.

First of all the taste is AWFUL. Did anyone in P&G do a taste on this??? I couldn't even get a partial sip down. It says Berry flavor.....not any kind of berry I have tasted. Nothing like NyQuil. I can take that. Also, it did nothing for me. Like most everyone said...it did nothing...did not sleep at all. Need to fix the flavor!! Returned for my money back.

This stuff really works.

Having trouble sleeping at night due to chronic back pain. My boss recommended trying this and it works very well and I can actually get more than 3 hours of sleep each night. I wish the price was better but buying the three pack is the way to go.

This works great, but the berry flavor is very harsh. I tried the clear zzzquil and the flavor was very clean gentle. Hope they get it back in stock soon.
