I've had severe sleep apnea for years so I decided to try a sleep aid, however, it didn't work. Whenever I tried Vicks ZzzQuil I'm now able to rest, I'm serious this product really works!!!

well i took it as it says to and nothing. I took two more adult size doses and still nothing. 6 Oz of no sleep not even a yawn for me imo nyquill works better and it doesn't put me to sleep every time

Not sure why they say sleep like a baby. My kids never slept well like a baby but my 66 year old Dad sleeps all the time. Well if you take Zzzquil you will sleep like a 60 year old man not a baby.

I hate the new formula. If I ever find the triangle bottles, I buy them. I hate the new ones! Doesn't taste the same and it doesn't work as good. I do recommend ZZZquil but please change the formula back to the old one.

Need a gentle sleep aid,,this is not it,, if benadryl effects. You in any way do not take this,,so sorry but it kept me awake and arms twitched...lasted for over a day...take niquil cold meds no problem...but this one was bad...be careful

It takes a bit for it to start working, but it works well for about 4 hours when it starts working. I don't like the taste very well, but I have had some others that tasted worse.

I only drink half of the recommended dosage. Also be sure to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep, or else you'll feel a bit drowsy. So if you're going to bed at 10, take it around 9:45. It's a good product and not bad tasting.

I take this during nights where I can't get to sleep. I acts very fast and I'm usually in a deep sleep within an hour. I personally love the warming berry flavor. It's also non addictive and I only use it when I need it.
