Works as advertised. I was taking melatonin prior to this with unfavorable results. Since I started taking ZZZQuil, I am sleeping through the night. It truly works.

I have had a hard time falling asleep for a while now and 20 minutes after you take zquil there is no staying awake and you do not wake up with that miserble sluggish feeling. thank you zquil makers.

hope they don't ever quit making this product. It is the safest product out there. And boy does it work good . I take it on weekends and get 10 hrs. sleep

I only drink half of the recommended dosage. Also be sure to get a minimum of 6 hours of sleep, or else you'll feel a bit drowsy. So if you're going to bed at 10, take it around 9:45. It's a good product and not bad tasting.

I have been using this for years. It helps me fall asleep fast, within a half hour of taking it, I'm ready for bed. Its not habit forming..I have run out and i can still get to sleep, just not as fast.

I think this stuff is absolutly amazing! I have soo much trouble falling asleep and staying asleep but when I take some of this Im out all night and I get a great nights sleep. The only bad thing is that it tastes awful haha

I have used this for a while now and I notice when I don't use it I do not sleep as well and I wake up several times during the night. It really helps me get a good nights sleep and I feel rested when I wake up.

well i took it as it says to and nothing. I took two more adult size doses and still nothing. 6 Oz of no sleep not even a yawn for me imo nyquill works better and it doesn't put me to sleep every time

Works more quickly than any other sleep aid I have tried.

Pricey and the Equate version is just as good for less money. I only bought this one because Equate was not on the shelf. Otherwise its ok
