The day version contains non drowsy ingredients to treat symptoms while the night time version has medication to help you sleep. I like the convenience of 2 products in one box. No need to buy multiple products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vicks Dayquil and Nyquil Severe Cold & Flu Liquid Caps is helping and giving me relief in the daytime and nighttime with my severe headache, fever, sore throat, minor aches & pains, nasal congestion, sinus pressure, sneezing, runny nose and coughing. I’ve been able to sleep by taking the Nyquil while the medicine is working. When I need to take the Dayquil, I’ve no drowsiness and it’s helping me with my symptoms during the day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This size of DayQuil and NyQuil combo pack would be good for one full day of a cold and two nights. The pills are about an inch long and smooth which makes it easier to swallow. The day formula does not make me drowsy which is important to me when I have two toddlers to take care of. When I take the night formula I seem to sleep most of the night unless I am very congested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ZzzQuil Nighttime Sleep-Aid Warming was a great addition to my good nighttime routine when I have trouble sleeping. It helped me to fall asleep quickly. I tried several products, and this one was the only one that really worked.

I can finally fall asleep without my brain continuing to keep me awake. I took the prescribed dosage an hour before I was planning to go to bed and fell asleep in minutes when I did go to bed. Slept all night and did not wake up with any odd effects. I LOVE THIS!

I have been using this product for almost a year. I have been under a lot of long-term stress and needed something to help me sleep, but didn't want to use prescription medication, especially something addicting or something that made me groggy the next morning. This product works great for me. I do not like the Berry flavor, but I am not a fan of sweet tastes. The dose feels like a lot to me (it's a liquid just like Nyquil) but it's fairly mild. It takes about 30 minutes to work. The best thing is that I am not groggy when I awake. The downside is that the effect does not last for more than about 4 hours. So if you have trouble falling asleep, I would recommend this product. I have also gotten the store brands of this product with the same result.

My wife always gives me "the look" when I take Nyquil just to help me sleep. I know the medication in Nyquil isn't great for me to take on a regular basis. So, I was excited to try Zquil. It worked just as well as Nyquil and I don't have to worry about "the look" :) any more.
