I can finally fall asleep without my brain continuing to keep me awake. I took the prescribed dosage an hour before I was planning to go to bed and fell asleep in minutes when I did go to bed. Slept all night and did not wake up with any odd effects. I LOVE THIS!

I have this in my cabinet on days where I do have trouble sleeping and I need to get up early the next day. I take a full capful about 30mins - 1hr before I plan to sleep and it works instantly. I take it and lay in bed and my eyelids get heavier and heavier. I don't ever recall falling asleep and sleep throughout the night. I wake up with no grogginess. You just have to time it correctly and take the ZzzQuil and have about 6-8 hour sleep without feeling grogginess. Amazing product!

This combo pack is an excellent choice to keep in your medicine cabinet. DayQuil works well to control runny nose, sinus congestion, aches & pains, sore throat and cough, and NyQuil is equally up to the task, but also helps you sleep, which is so often difficult with a cold. Both of these products work well and live up to the claims on the packaging. I will always keep them on hand.

I bought this because i struggle a lot to fall asleep. I like this because is not strong enough to keep you inconscient-like during the night, it just helps you to fall asleep. This product combined with ear plugs = a really good night sleep!! In my case, I can sleep good if happens that I don't drink it one night, it doesn't mess your sleep and it doesn't makes you an addict to it.

The active ingredient is Diphenhydramine HCl, the antihistamine found in Benedryl. So it's great for allergies and knocks you out as promised. However, this 354 mL bottle costs almost $8. You can buy the Equate version of Benedryl (100 tablets) for $4 and you'll get over FOUR TIMES the amount of uses from it. The bottle holds about 24 25mg doses, whereas each tablet of Benedryl is 25mg of the same drug. That's makes liquid Zzzquil eight times more expensive than it needs to be. Granted, there are differences in how quickly it takes effect between liquid and tablet, but nothing a little foresight can't fix.

First of all the taste is AWFUL. Did anyone in P&G do a taste on this??? I couldn't even get a partial sip down. It says Berry flavor.....not any kind of berry I have tasted. Nothing like NyQuil. I can take that. Also, it did nothing for me. Like most everyone said...it did nothing...did not sleep at all. Need to fix the flavor!! Returned for my money back.
