I have been using this for years. It helps me fall asleep fast, within a half hour of taking it, I'm ready for bed. Its not habit forming..I have run out and i can still get to sleep, just not as fast.

Switched from liquicaps. I like the liquid form because I can vary the dosage. I normally take 1/2 to 3/4 dose. A full dose works well but I’m drowsy the next day.

Works as advertised. I was taking melatonin prior to this with unfavorable results. Since I started taking ZZZQuil, I am sleeping through the night. It truly works.

Need a gentle sleep aid,,this is not it,, if benadryl effects. You in any way do not take this,,so sorry but it kept me awake and arms twitched...lasted for over a day...take niquil cold meds no problem...but this one was bad...be careful

It is better to sleep well for using this once per day (24 hours). It is use if you are not sleeping well, but I recommended people taking this dose should contact their doctor before using it.

I been trying to get a good night sleep after losing someone close to me. I been not able to sleep just for 2 hours for a week. This didn’t anything for my insomnia, and the flavor is awful
