I like to use this to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. It is very effective to help me fall asleep fast. It’s also easy to use less if necessary. I don’t wake up feeling groggy. I have been using this product for almost a year. I have been under a lot of long-term stress and needed something to help me sleep, but didn't want to use prescription medication, especially something addicting or something that made me groggy the next morning. This product works great for me. I do not like the Berry flavor, but I am not a fan of sweet tastes. The dose feels like a lot to me (it's a liquid just like Nyquil) but it's fairly mild. It takes about 30 minutes to work. The best thing is that I am not groggy when I awake. The downside is that the effect does not last for more than about 4 hours. So if you have trouble falling asleep, I would recommend this product. I have also gotten the store brands of this product with the same result.

I have been having trouble falling asleep at night for years now, and short of being sick, nothing seemed to help me fall asleep. I took melatonin for a while but even that became less and less effective. Since I've started using Zzz Quil though for those nights where I just absolutely cannot fall asleep, not only have I slept better, I don't wake up every hour, and I feel refreshed when I wake up. I have also noticed that I remember my dreams better when I take Zzz Quil verses when I don't take it, and my dreams are much more vivid and feel almost real sometimes.

This works well, but it is the exact same ingredient as Benedryl. I prefer to take 50mg of Benedryl caplets and not have to deal with the taste of the liquid,... but that's just me. Plus, I can get #600 25mg caplets of diphenhydramine from ebay for $8-$9.00.

I have a very hard time sleeping at night and when this happens I take nyquil to knock me out. Well I didnt like having to take cold medicine so I saw the comercial and didnt think it would hurt anything. Though this product taste a lot better then nyquil it does NOT help me sleep at all. What it does is numb my throat. Like its a sore throat medicine. If anyone asked me I wouldnt buy it again.

She works at a hospital and works all hours of the day. We both have issues falling asleep and staying a sleep. She knows I hate anything with a aftertaste. This don’t have one. I highly recommend. One of the best sleep aids I have used in a long time.

The day version contains non drowsy ingredients to treat symptoms while the night time version has medication to help you sleep. I like the convenience of 2 products in one box. No need to buy multiple products.

The DayQuil and the NyQuil are absolutely perfect for calming so many symptoms- decongestant, pain/fever relief, cough suppressant. It works wonders. It's great that you can take the DayQuil and still be productive and get stuff done (as a Mom, I don't have any other choice) and then you can take the NyQuil and get the rest that your body needs to heal. I took ZzzQuill as directed. It took about an hour after swallowing the medicine —-but boy was I sick! The room was spinning. I could hardly walk. I felt nauseous. I never went to sleep. I kind of hung on until morning. The next day I couldn’t get out of bed. I slept 12 hrs straight. I will never ever take this medicine again.
