They work

I did not change my diet and only took have doses ,just to see and my cholesterol did decrease, certainly not perfect, so now i am taking the full dose and we will see.

It works

This product has helped lower my cholesterol levels by taking 1 pill a day. Will begin taking two a day for optimal results.

Difficult Size to Swallow

They are too large to swallow!!! Look like Horse Pills!!! Almost 1 inch long and sent them back...
