Father had heart attack 15 years ago. Dr wanted 2 do surgery but he refused only letting them put in stents. Was on a statin for cholesterol, but was concerned about side effects. Within 6 months, was off statin and only taking Cholestoff Plus. 6 months later, Dr said he was doing so well, could get of statin. I started taking these 2 months before my doctors appointment. I wasn’t really consistent in taking them because I would forget. So, would take two randomly when I thought of it. Dr recommended to use to lower cholesterol because I do not want to take statins. We'll recheck my cholesterol levels in September to see if they have improved. If they have I'll continue to use this product.
