I gave this a try in hopes that it would lower my cholesterol. I will say this much until I have blood work done , I do feel like it’s helping me. And I will stay with this, and see how blood work turns out out,

Father had heart attack 15 years ago. Dr wanted 2 do surgery but he refused only letting them put in stents. Was on a statin for cholesterol, but was concerned about side effects. I started taking these 2 months before my doctors appointment. I wasn’t really consistent in taking them because I would forget. So, would take two randomly when I thought of it. My cholesterol test was better than I have seen in years. I am talking really good numbers. I did also cut out cheese and ate lean meats and cholesterol healthy diet. Dr recommended to use to lower cholesterol because I do not want to take statins. We’ll recheck my cholesterol levels in September to see if they have improved. If they have I’ll continue to use this product.
