Just started using this product, so it's too soon to tell.

Triggered my Afib. So, I only took a few. Wasted purchase.

I reorder -- a fact that should tell you all you need to know

Don’t take these unless you want to loose all your hair. This product made my hair fall out so much, it was scary. I took this for about 1year 1/2 and didn’t know why my hair kept falling out in clumps. When it got worse I began to read sm the reviews then stopped taking it completely. After 4days from discontinuing these pills, my hair does not fall out anymore.

My Cholesterol was 450. though better Diet choices I was able to get it down to 396, but there it stayed. The Dr. put me on a low dose statin, the lowest dose he could, because I was hesitant to take them. I remembered I had a bottle of this in the cupboard and took one each night along with my statin. The Dr. was so surprised to see that in just one month my score was down to 245. He actually started to back track that maybe my original tests were wrong because it just doesn't happen that fast with such a low statin dose. I assured him the first tests were correct, I have familial high cholesterol and I've never seen tests with numbers so low. I attribute it to piggie backing Cholestoff with my statin. I'm going to continue taking both for one more month and then switch solely to Cholestoff. After seeing how I do on that, I'll decide how to proceed further.... but my whole family has high cholesterol and none of them has had that big of a decrease in their numbers in only one month's time.

I did not change my diet and only took have doses ,just to see and my cholesterol did decrease, certainly not perfect, so now i am taking the full dose and we will see.

This product has helped lower my cholesterol levels by taking 1 pill a day. Will begin taking two a day for optimal results.
