For myself personally I am a Destin mama, when in need of a effective diaper rash cream I always go to Destin because it clears it up within 1 to 2 diaper changes. Every time I apply it to my son's skin I can tell that he gets relief as soon as it touches him. I recommend this to The Mamas that's babies may have upset stomachs and it's a pretty scorchy rash.

This is most definitely a wonderful product for diaper rashes. And, is also effective on various skin types. Im not a major in the world of baby products, other than being a mom of 4, howeber this is a great rash cream. One that i would, and have, suggested to other moms. Offering up my own tube once or twice!

This is such a life savor! There is nothing worse than seeing your little ones in such discomfort. This cream gives the little ones immediate relief. Its very affordable and a little really goes a long way. I love this it worked for both my babies and I would recommend it to anyone.

No one likes to see a rash on their babies bottom. This is my go too for preventing and treating diaper rashes . I immediately see it working when there is a rash and my son doesn’t complain so I’m hoping it’s hoping it’s comforting him as well. Definitely recommend

This diaper rash cream should just be called ‚Äúmiracle‚Äù cream. I hate to see when my daughter gets diaper rashes but whenever she did/does I use this cream and the rash goes away in no time. Do not recommend know the science behind it but it is worth purchasing. I always recommend it to other moms to be. 

Do NOT buy anything else! this stuff may not smell the best but it coats there but completely and helped clear up diaper rash. My little one only had diaper rash for two weeks she was teething the worst and this stuff saved us! I’ve tried Aquaphor we tried Wedela and the stuff work the best!

This is the BEST diaper rash cream on the market. I've trusted the purple Desitin for 17 years now. From the moment my now 17 year old was born through present day for my recently potty trained 4 year olds, desitin has been my savior for all types of diapers rashes.

So far this has done the job for my sensitive baby’s diaper rashes. If you can get past the smell and the hard to clean part then you’re good. For me it’s all about my baby’s welfare so it does what is advertised. It’s perfect protection for over night or long trip (shipping) usage! I just lather it on and go.

Desitin is a great product. It is on the higher end price wise but worth the money. This product is always on hand in the diaper bag and on the changing table. This is our absolute go to baby product and clears up any rash quickly and effectively. I love that this ointment also prevents the diaper from sticking to the baby and taking the rash worse which can happen with other brands.

This stuff is a heaven send! My daughter is two almost 3, and we still use Desitin on her. Yes she’s potty trained but she drinks so much juice and eat so much fruit with acid that she gets really bad diaper rash is still in this stuff works so well I can put it on one night and by the very next night within 24 hours the rash is almost completely gone
