The only thing we use to prevent and heal diaper rash. Works fast and is quick relief for baby. Love it! Thicker consistency than most others I have tried and met all of my expectations. Os unscented with no unpleasant odor. I feel very safe using it on my child's very sensitive skin everyday.

I use the desirability tunes over the tub because I find it less messy. I find the product perfect for acting like a barrier for your child to protect the skin at night. I use it ever night for my son because we are still in diapers. Is your having trouble with a rash on your Child from him using the bathroom in the night time I would try this for sure. It has worked for us and help out tremendously.

Use heavy amounts! That is what our pediatrician told us when baby got his first and only rash. This stuff is perfect and fast acting! At first I felt there wasn't much product but if you put it on heavy, rash will go away within a day or two! We will continue to but the max stength since it doesn't harm baby and it is so fast acting.

I love the purple formula the best out of all the diaper creams I’ve used on both kids! The maximum strength was a life saver when my daughter went through a phase of terrible diaper rashes. It would clear her up completely over night. I buy it for everyone expecting now!

This is one of, if not the best, diaper rash creams I have used. I try my best to keep my baby from getting diaper rash, but once in awhile it does happen. When it does, I use this product. I do think it works better than regular strength Desitin. It has a higher amount of zinc oxide in it. If I use this consistently, it gets rid of my baby's rash in a couple days. I have tried a lot of diaper rash creams and this one is one of the best.

Literally the best product I've ever used to solve diaper rash problems! And we have tried alot! Summer was the hardest for my son, he would get very bad rashes from sweat, and this product stuck on through the sweat and did a great job to solve the rash in about two days

The absolute best in the baby brands for diaper rash. My kids love it... the tub lasts forever ! I use it on my older child and my baby. Both have enjoyed it and it helps instantly. Its relief on the spot. Its thick though if you dont like that you might not enjoy it as much. But it has been a holy grail baby item in my home for 6 years.

Desitin has been a family go to secret for years. My mother ended up getting me a basket full of Desitin products when I had my daughter and it ALWAYs came in handy as she seemed to always get a sore bum and rash. I tested other products and brands but nothing has ever compared to the fast acting strength and relief it provides. That makes me one happy momma!

This product is okay, it does the job as it should. It makes redness go away pretty quickly. It is really thick and a little definitely goes a long way. So even the smaller tubes last a pretty good while with daily use. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this product and would buy again if needed in the future.

This is the only but cream that works on my kids. Every other product causes the rash to get worse. It's a nice thick consistency that doesn't rub right off and there is not really a small to it. This product heals so good and really fast as well. I will definitely be ordering this again!
