Really does work within hours . If your baby has slight diaper rash this can completely heal it overnight !! I'm a first time mom and my mom swore by it when I did not know what to buy for my son . It lasts forever and works great . A little goes a long way !

I’ve been really happy with the DESITIN Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste. It has a thick, rich texture that creates a protective barrier and helps keep moisture away from the skin. I like using it when my baby’s skin looks irritated because it feels soothing and provides extra protection, especially overnight. A little goes a long way, and I appreciate that it contains 40% zinc oxide. Overall, it’s a great product to have on hand for diaper rash and sensitive skin.
