Smooth Paste
I used Desitin for both of my children and I think it works great! I use a butt spatula to apply the paste as it helps spread it evenly, but also the paste is a little annoying to get off and has a smell as does most pastes. The storage tube is also a nice size giving you much value for you're money and lasts a while.

Repairs, protects and soothes rashes quickly
This is the the the #1 product I reach for whenever it comes to my boys having a rash. It has that thick barrier protection texture that will definitely keep your little ones rash sealed from messes in the diaper. I love that it has 40% zinc oxide, along with the petroleum and lanolin. It seriously clears rashes so fast.

The Only Cure for Diaper Rash
The Desitin Maximum Strenth Paste is the cure all for diaper rash. Whenever my son’s bottom is irritated, the desitin helps to soothe and relief the irritation immediately unlike other brands we’ve tried. The texture is thick but it absorbs well on the skin. I recommend applying with a diaper cream applicator so the cream doesn’t stick to your hands. This is a great value and always use it to the last drop. Overall a highly recommended product for diaper rash and sensitive skin.
