This is a miracle in a tube! If your baby has acidic poops, this is the stuff you want. It does exactly what it's supposed to, no cons. I love love love this stuff. It's more costly than the day to day stuff because you don't need it as often. It's definitely worth the price! 

This is by far my favorite diaper rash cream. I have tried other ones and feel like they did not work as well. His diaper rash cream has always worked very effectively and very fast. My babies bottom has always recovered well after using this diaper rash cream.

This is my go to diaper rash cream! My daughter has really sensitive skin and this is the only cream that worked for her. The price is great and the cream is very pasty so you don't need to use much of it which means a tub will last a pretty long time. 

I love Desitin. It's such a handy product and helps rashes disappear so quickly. It's better than any off brand diaper creams. I wouldn't improve anything. My kids got relief from desitin and use it on the kids I babysit now! I would recommend this to anyone!

Everytime my kids or nephew's get a rash this is my go to cream starts working as soon as the first time applied and relieves diaper rash fast and clams down the pain compared to other diaper creams this is the best one I have tried by far and would recommend to all with babies

So far this has done the job for my sensitive baby’s diaper rashes. If you can get past the smell and the hard to clean part then you’re good. For me it’s all about my baby’s welfare so it does what is advertised. It’s perfect protection for over night or long trip (shipping) usage! I just lather it on and go.

This works fairly well for my baby's diaper rash. It provides fast relief and doesn't seem to be irritating after it's applied. It is affordable and a good value for the price. I prefer it over other diaper rash creams/ointments. I would recommend it to others for sure.

This stuff is a heaven send! My daughter is two almost 3, and we still use Desitin on her. Yes she’s potty trained but she drinks so much juice and eat so much fruit with acid that she gets really bad diaper rash is still in this stuff works so well I can put it on one night and by the very next night within 24 hours the rash is almost completely gone

I recently gave birth to my 4th little one. All my other children could use anything BUT desitin. So when the baby got a rash I went through all the different types of creams that the older siblings used. None of them worked. I broke down and decided to give desitin maximum strength a try once again. One use and the rash was completely gone!

By far, the best cream I could have ever used for my son, he had a severe diaper rash a couple months ago, I was using the regular one back then until I switched to this maximum strength. His diaper rash improved in 2 days. You really don’t have to use much, a little goes a long way.
