I loved this cream. After successfully using the regular strength Desitin, I knew that when my daughters diaper rash got really bad Desitin would be the brand to go with. Considering how bad it was at the time, I got the Maximum Stength tube once again wasn’t let down. After the first application, my daughters rash began to dry up and seemingly stopped hurting her.

This is a classic, used by parents for so many years! I remember the smell of it from when I was a child. Perfect for that super stubborn diaper rash. Great thick consistency that keeps skin protected while also taking care of the rash, nourishing akin back to health.

I only buy the Destin maximum strength paste. I can slather this on his bottom when it is red and it will be cleared up in a few days. I’ve had family members try other brands and they were not as successful as this cream; I recommended this to them and they have fallen in love with it as well. 100% recommend this product. My son is 7 years old now but back when he was a baby this was the only thing I use to treat his diaper rash .the scent is not bad and it works pretty fast in less than 24 hours my baby's rash were gone .I would definitely us this in the future with any of my children .

I Used this when my daughters diaper rash was super bad just enough to where she was comfortable worked within 24 hours and baby was back to normal product come in just the right texture a little thick but it is a diaper rash cream overall will always reach for this in case of emergencies

Hands down best diaper rash ointment I have used on my daughter.  Very thick, stays on well and when used overnight seems to be able to clear up most rashes - even the more severe ones.  Price point is also quite reasonable for the amount that you get in the tube. 

#Desitin Diaper cream is amazing at creating a thick protective barrier for my diaper. As opposed to just treating rashes this cream is great for ensuring my diaper stays nice and isn’t too much of an issues after any accidents both wet and messes. The cream is thick and has an oddly pleasant smell it’s a little medicinal and I can understand why some don’t like the scent. After applying just know it is difficult to take off of hands and fingers.

I absolutely love this product. It keeps my baby's sensitive skin protected during some bad summer diaper rashes! It heals better than any other product we have tried and is a staple in my diaper kit. Of everything we've tried, we had the most trouble finding a product that would protect through the overnights wet diapers but this does the trick and protects all night long!

Love it. Instant relief. My son has allergies so he would get the runs quite often. We originally were using the blue desitin cream cause of his age but the dr recommend we go ahead and switch to the maximum strength and it was everything. That red sore booty was gone by the next change.

Always buy this original formula from Desitin. It can be used even with the worst diaper rash. Unfortunately, the creamy formula seems to cause pain for my son when he has diaper rash. I have 4 kids, and all have used this product to keep their little tushes happy. Stick with the original!
