This product deserves more than a 5 star rating. This was my sons lifesaver when he had a terrible diaper rash. You don’t get a lot for your moneys worth but who cares. This is the best thing you can use to relief a diaper rash. Definitely a must have in your diaper bag.

In my opinion, it's the best product. It's thick and stays on no matter how hard they play! I have a 15 month old and you can tell this gives him instant relief. It's inexpensive and can be found everywhere. Also works for adults when you have irritation.

We have a tube of this in pretty much every room of the house, and we send it to daycare too. My little guy gets pretty bad diaper rash at times and this clears it up within 24 hours. When he's sore, all I have to do is pull out the Desatin and I see the relief on his face. I love how fast it works!

I currently have this diaper rash cream! I received it for my baby shower! It has been working great! This is also in my top favorite creams! It soothes the pain ofnthe rash! My kids tend to calm down after just applying it a few minutes earlier! Got love desitin!

By far, the best cream I could have ever used for my son, he had a severe diaper rash a couple months ago, I was using the regular one back then until I switched to this maximum strength. His diaper rash improved in 2 days. You really don’t have to use much, a little goes a long way.

Great to use on a stubborn diaper rash. Works quickly. The only annoying thing is it tends to break up and gets liquidy and you have either stir it up or shake it up depending on what packaging you got. It’s an easy fix but other than that i continue to buy and recommend

An essential for any parent. Using a thick layer of this stuff always cleared up diaper rash in our house. Just make sure to apply liberally or you won't see much of a change in the rash. Never caused irritation. The smell is a little strong, but I'd rather my baby smell like diaper rash cream than have the rash! 

This product does exactly what it indicates. My son started to develop a diaper rash and I started applying this during every diaper change that day. Before the day was out the redness was gone and his skin back to normal. It does a tremendous job at sealing out wetness. I would highly recommend for both prevention and treatment of diaper rash.

I originally started out using Desitin. I like the product and there are no real complaints. It definitely helps my son if he has a rash. I even (oddly) enjoy the scent of this rash cream. Compared to some other brands I have used this would be my 2nd option.

Save yourself the heart break of your child’s agony and buy this ahead of time. Competitors do NOT work. I received some competitors butt paste as a gift, and it did nothing after two days. I promise you, this is what you need. I came to the website to try and find an address to send a handwritten thank you letter. That is how brand loyal I now am. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
