This is a miracle in a tube! If your baby has acidic poops, this is the stuff you want. It does exactly what it's supposed to, no cons. I love love love this stuff. It's more costly than the day to day stuff because you don't need it as often. It's definitely worth the price!

Desitin is one of those products that withstands the test of time. It heals quickly, but it is messy. It's not easy to put on your child when they are moving a lot. It lasts a long time and you really only need to buy one tube a year, so it isn't expensive for what it does. 

This is our favorite product to use for our babies when they have diaper rashes. It is very effective in treatment for baby. The cream has a good texture, is easy to apply, and lasts a long time. I noticed redness starting to fade after just one use, and within a day the skin looked so much better. It doesn't have an overpowering smell and wipes off fairly easily during diaper changes. So far this has done the job for my sensitive baby’s diaper rashes. If you can get past the smell and the hard to clean part then you’re good. For me it’s all about my baby’s welfare so it does what is advertised. It’s perfect protection for over night or long trip (shipping) usage! I just lather it on and go.

This is the only diaper rash cream that works for my daughter. We have tried a handful of other products, but we always end up going back to this one. It goes to work fast, a little goes a long way, and I usually only have to apply once or twice to get rid of the rash.
