This is the best diaper rash cream I have ever used. I have been using this on my kids for the past 3 years. This is the only paste that I can put on the and it will clear up the rash in 24 hours or less. It is truly amazing. I will continue to buy this and use it until my children are to old to need it anymore.

It got the job done I never had to use it very often and as long as you see the rash when it first starts off with a little redness and put the desitin on then its usually gone by next diaper change. My kids never showed any discomfort with it cream being on them.

('22) IC: Daily Task Desitin was a brand for rashes recommended by our pediatrician for rear end. It helped to alleviate and soothe rashes that happened to our eldest son. Especially overnight. The con I had is the thickness of the paste and rubbing it on. It works and Desitin has been on the market for these reason for quite some time. I would recommend it yes, but have a wipe nearby.

Works great, clears up diaper rash in just a few diaper changes. We used it in the beginning because our daughter's pediatrician recommended it until she was older and we could use baby powder and cornstarch without worry. I still keep a tube in the diaper bag because it's easier to use this on the go than powdered products.
