Aquaphor is always my first go to and my top choice. But if I had to pick my second choice it would most definitely be this product. It works really well and is thick to speed up the healing process for diaper rash. I would give it a 90/100. Very good product

This is up there with one of my favorite diaper rash creams. My daughter had a fungal type diaper rash and we used this product along with a special cream and her rash went away within days! It's thick to keep out moisture and there are no harsh smells. It is gentle enough where it doesn't irritate the skin either. This is a great cream!

By far the absolute best diaper rash cream on the market. This is the ONLY product that has been able to heal botn of my babies diaper rash and FAST. Love the thick cream. I swear I apply it and within an hour or so the rash is gone. I hate that it's so darn expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for!

I have 2 under 2 so we do a lot of diaper changes in this household. I keep desitin on hand and apply as soon as I notice any diaper redness starting to pop up. After a couple uses the issue always clears right up, and my girls have never had any really severe diaper rashes.

I purchased DESITIN® Maximum Strength Original Zinc Oxide Paste to combat my baby's usual diaper rash. I appreciate the high concentration of zinc oxide which made for a significant protective barrier. However, it's very thick and not so easy to apply, they really mean it when they say it's a rich paste! I also noticed that it's not very comfortable for my baby, a bit too sticky. So, it works, but it's not my favorite product.
