I’ve never had to use much of any baby rash creams on my baby but the time I noticed a rash Desitin fixed the issue. I’ve only used the cream twice on her at night for a small diaper rash near her thigh area and it cleared up within a few days. I’m expecting another baby shortly and I’ll be sure to keep Desitin on hand.

My hero! We always keep this stuff on hand. When you have a breastfed baby there's an excessive number of dirty diapers, not to mention if you're still trying to figure out what brands do and don't work for you and your babe you're bound to have irritated skin. As soon as I notice irritation I apply desiring extra strength and by the next change I can already see a noticeable improvement. Highly recommend!

Awesome diaper rash cream. Litteral in one diaper change it healed 70% of my daughters diaper rash. She is very prone to getting rashes easy and I was given this cream for my baby shower and once I used it.i never had a need to try any other diaper rash cream.

Works good at creating a barrier so rash does not become worse. Also help to clear up any diaper rash within a few days. Does not have a fragrance to it which is good and it does not cost much. If I do not have our favorite diaper cream then I use this.

I have only used this brand. I dont need to try others when i found the right choice the first time. It isnt harsh. Its very soothing to my babys skin. I place it on her the first time I see the slightest bit of red. Also after bath time or right before bed. I put the smallest amount because it goes a long way.

We use with every diaper change and since baby has been sleeping through the night we were concerned about a diaper rash so we use a generous amount at bedtime every night and can say with very grateful hearts that we are 10.5 months old and not a single diaper rash!

This is always what I used on my babies intense diaper rash. He has really sensitive skin and broke out really easy. I put this on every diaper change on his rash and within a few uses I could start seeing results. It's soothing, helps keep it clean, and hopes it start to go away. This was what we used the second he was born in the NICU. It’s such a great brand and works very well! If the NiCU can use it for the babies, then it has to be a great item! I would highly recommend this to anyone needing a safe and reliable baby bottom paste.

the best diaper creme i’ve used. i work at a childcare facility and this diaper creme starts working immediately on almost every baby in our class! we always keep backups in our classroom and i always have some extra at home for whenever my daughter gets a little rash
