As a new mom I can’t say enough good things about this product! Within the first week my baby started to develop a diaper rash. All I had to do was apply a tiny bit (it goes a long way) to his rash and within a few days his rash was healed. This stuff really keeps the moisture out! Highly recommend

Always my go to for diaper rash treatment and prevention. It works great and soothes and heals diaper rash quickly. It's in the middle price range of other competitors in the diaper cream business. It's worth the price for the quality and effectiveness of the cream.

We raised 3 kids in the 90s and have always sworn by Desitin as the unquestionably best diaper ointment. Our babies never had diaper rash for very long, if at all. But now we have a grandson, and he screams when we put Desitin on! So my wife and I checked, and it turns out Desitin changed the formula! It used to contain cod liver oil, which smelled fishy of course, but the old Desitin was unbeatable. They may have changed other ingredients as well. This new Desitin is horrible. It doesn't adhere to the skin or provide a barrier to wetness like the old one. Our grandson hates it. He won't let us come near him with it. Do some research; There are better products out there.

This is my go to diaper rash treatment as it clears up most rashes within hours and prevents it from spreading and getting worse. It is easy to spread and easy to clean off my hands when im finished applying. I would reccomend this to any parent struggling with diaper rash.

This product is excellent at combating diaper rash, but it is very strong. So, I don't recommend it for every day use. I use it on my son once after he poops and it takes the redness right away. In fact, I would say that Desitin at the max strength level is so effective that you get to use it only sparingly. Desitin is like bringing out the big guns!

Very good diaper rash cream. My baby had a severe rash and I could see improvement with just one application of Destin. Within 3 days the diaper rash had completely healed and baby was back to playing as normal. I would recommend this product to anyone with a baby.

This paste works amazingly. I started using it after trying other brands and noticing that my baby diaper rash wasn’t going away. After one use, the rash went away. Now it’s a staple in our home. We use it even when there is no rash. That way we avoid it happening (because everything is about prevention). The scent can sometimes make you not want to use it, but I get over it quickly. The packing is great in the tube because you don’t need to use your finger on an extra tool to get the product out. Also, usually the price is very decent for the amount of product you are getting and how well it works. Overall, and awesome diaper cream.

This product worked wonders on both of my babies when they had diaper rash! It definitely stays in place once applied which is a plus. And it really seemed to help my children a lot. I definitely tend to choose desitin over other products because it works! 

This stuff is IT. I won‚Äôt use anything else for diaper rash because it doesn‚Äôt work miracles like this does. For the first few weeks my baby had a diaper rash we couldn‚Äôt get rid of it with butt paste but we switched to this and after one use it was gone. Anytime my baby gets a little red we just put this on and it‚Äôs gone by the next diaper change. My dad even uses it when he goes fly fishing and his waders make his thighs chafe. This stuff rocks. 

This stuff is a heaven send! My daughter is two almost 3, and we still use Desitin on her. Yes she’s potty trained but she drinks so much juice and eat so much fruit with acid that she gets really bad diaper rash is still in this stuff works so well I can put it on one night and by the very next night within 24 hours the rash is almost completely gone
