This is a thick cream. I am not a fan of the scent of this cream. It has a weird scent to it. It does work well though. It helps heal diaper rash quickly because of the high amount of zinc oxide. If you like thicker paste then I would reccomend this to you. It is affordable so I would repurchase it!

This is a very thick product which if your kid is having a bad diaper rash I would recommend using this. When all other natural methods for me have failed then I bring this in and it always clears things up in a matter of days. I would recommend to others.

Usually, it takes about a day for my children's skin to return to normal, and in more severe cases, it may take around two days. Desitin works very well and very fast! Cleared up the latest butt iritation in less than 24 hours. Product lasts on the skin, and isn't easily wiped away, so it has a chance to heal. We keep desitin in several rooms of our house, diaper bag, and changing pads so its handy when needed. Love this product!

Ive used desitin with all 4 of my children and it seems to work the best out of everything Ive tried. It protects the skin well so they dont get rashes. If I saw any redness starting Id apply this right away and it would prevent the skin from getting worse.
