When my little guys get a rash, they get a rash bad. I think this diaper rash cream works the best compared to other diaper rash products. I think it has more zinc in it than other rash creams and gets the job done quickly. Even with bad rashes you can see the difference clear as day when you do the next diaper change

Anyone that I know that is either expecting to have a baby or just had one I always tell them to purchase Destin maximum strength. I couldn't tell you how much it has saved us from an angry pained baby due to a rash. I even used it on myself before. Best product out there for sure! I definitely swear by it!

My doctor recommended I get this once and I have not looked back since. This is great for the diaper rashes. I really do love this stuff and can use it with complete confidence. It can be extremely messy especially with squirmy kids, but it is completely worth it.

My daughter develops rashes easily, she has very sensitive skin. I rub on some of the max strength cream on her and it works instantly. The next day her skin will look better and I get reassured that she will not be in pain. I am set for life with this product and I would never switch to another. This diaper rash cream works on every type of rash ive encountered so far and i have 2 kids and babysit 3 others. It far exceeds my expectations and is very affordable. I would recommend it to everyone. If your little one has a rash this is definitely what you need.

The max strength smells like medical death, but it works. So well that we tolerate the smell so our son has ZERO rash. The issue.....must bring back tub. Going to use butt paste brand in interim & hope it works as well. So, for the love of all things holy, please sell the tub again. I am only giving high stars because it works. The packaging is miserable. Until the tub returns.

This is my go to diaper cream! Slightly stronger than the original and yet it's the same price! The only downfall is it can be messy, though that's less the product or company's fault and more cause the product is a diaper rash cream. They're all pretty messy.
