I try a lot, this the only one I trust ,works fast. If your baby gets a diaper rash and this can't clear it up, you need to be calling the doctor. This is a great product. My child doesn't get them frequently but when she does they're awful and no parent worth a grain of salt can stand to see their babies hurt.

A must have for moms. Be prepared for the dispute rashes. Especially during the phase of introducing foods. I don't know why but both my kids broke it any time they had apples and this cleared their little butt right up! Worth the money. Well made product.

Aquaphor is always my first go to and my top choice. But if I had to pick my second choice it would most definitely be this product. It works really well and is thick to speed up the healing process for diaper rash. I would give it a 90/100. Very good product

This product works amazing for those hard to get rid of diaper rashes. You just make sure your baby is clean and dry and apply and you see results by the next diaper change. The only con is you must make sure baby is dry or it will lock moisture in and not get rid of the diaper rash as fast

This product is always too watery whenever I go to apply it on my child and when the rash gets to where it has that liquid coming out, the product refuses to stay, which sucks when you want to apply it really thick to the areas where the rash is the worst.

A must have for any parent! Upon seeing any redness, drying the area and applying a small amount (a little goes a long way) clears up the rash very quickly! One tube lasts a long time and is well worth the few dollars. I would recommend this to anyone with kiddos!

I used this on my twins when they were infants, about 4-8 months old. I loved the consistency (very thick!) and it treated the diaper rash quickly. It stayed on through several diaper changes, moreso than the regular strength. Very useful for yeasty type rashes.

The Desitin Maximum strength diaper rash cream solves the diaper rash problem for my baby, but the smell of the petroleum contained in the product is overwhelming. Because of that smell, I only use it when it is an absolute necessity. Instead, I try to use different products to avoid him getting diaper rash in the first place. My grandmother always said, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!" I still make sure I keep Desitin in the diaper bag and changing station though.

This cream is basically magic. When nothing else took away a stubborn diaper rash, this did. It's really thick and gives good coverage without using a crazy amount. There's really no smell that I can tell. I definitely recommend this to my friends who are searching for a good diaper cream.

Let me just start by saying my mom used this with us. I remember it worked great then so when I had my baby I used Destin too. Love this! Helps treat diaper rash fast and its so effective. I have nothing bad to say about this. If your just starting out on baby diaper rash try the reg  one before the max strength one.
