I never go anywhere without this for my baby. The trick is after cleaning her bum with wipes, i use a tissue to dry her bottom before putting the cream. This makes the cream stick to the skin and it creates a barrier between the diaper and skin. Ive tried other creams but Desitin max worked best for by baby.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Both if my boys had food intolerances which led to TERRIBLE diaper rashes. This is the ONLY thing that healed them without making it hurt worse! Other creams would burn them, but this actually soothed and healed the bleeding rash in very minimal time!

I do daycare for my nephew and he had really bad bouts of diaper rash when he was under a year especially. If he had too much juice one day the acidity would make his bit hurt so much. This stuff makes a difference after one application and it reduces the pain for baby so they aren’t crying horribly when they pee and it touches their diaper rash. Only diaper rash cream I trust!

I recieved this for my baby shower and I'm so glad I got it. My son had gotten a small rash a few days after being born. I used this for a week and his rash went away. I would say it works just as well as Boudreau's Butt Cream. I make sure to have a tube of this at the changing table, the diaper bag, and I also have a spare tube, just in case!

Desitin is my second-favorite baby rash diaper cream I think it's good for babies who have sensitive skin but also does the trick I seen that it works great if you put a little on when you first see the diaper rash coming or actually every time you change the baby's diaper to actually prevent it you know you don't need a whole lot just a little tiny down for that and I guess that's all I can really say about it

This is my go to diaper rash cream. It always healed my daughters rash, and it’s a product that has been used in my family for generations. The relief was quick, and it’s easy to apply. It’s also pretty affordable and can be found at any big box or drug store. Would definitely recommend!

About a month ago my poor babe started getting diaper rash. We have tried a few different creams but nothing kicks the redness as fast as Desitin! I’m so thankful that it was gifted to us and we had it on hand when we needed it! I’ve since stocked up to make sure we have one everywhere we might need it!

When my son was about 6 months old until 2.5 years old, he would constantly break out in really bad diaper rashes. His doctor kept prescribing medication and they did nothing for him... So after switching over to cloth diapers, and using Vaseline and Destine Maximum Strength we finally got the rashes under control. We used to buy 6 tubes at a time just in case he broke out.  They are a bit pricey when you are buying multiple tubes at a time, but it was soo worth the money. 

It's obvious that we can avoid diaper rashes with prompt diaper changes, but sometimes things happen when our little loves are feeling a little under the weather, and nature has other plans. DESITIN has been a life saver in my household. At the first sight of a rash, we apply this cream. It is thick to make sure it stays in place to do its job, and creamy for a smooth application. It works fast to help heal, and we know as parents, that a smooth bum is a happy bum!

As a mom of three, this has always been my go to diaper rash cream. I have tried other products but they just don’t compare. Even the worst diaper rashes from a stomach bug didn’t stand up to this. Anytime I find out I’m expecting, I always stick up on this stuff.
